As far as teachers go in the program, there are two types: those who are in the same building every day and those who move around. For those who might be in a different building every day, there is a different account type called a roaming user. This is a simple selection when adding a new user.

For the roaming users, they have one more step to submit. When they first log in, a screen comes up asking where they will eat. After a building and lunch group is selected, the screen to enter values is shown.
