The website for the Hanover Church of the Brethren was started as an experimental site and has grown into what it is today. I had never made a website before but wanted to learn, so I needed an idea. While attempting to design the first layout, I taught myself HTML and a very little bit of CSS.

     I never expected anyone to actually like what I did. To my surprise, the pastor saw what I made and liked it. He got permission to sign up for a domain and get the site on the internet. Ever since then, I've continued to make changes as I learn more and come up with ways to make it better.
